Topicmaster，或主題式討論目的是引導與會者進行有主題的口語訓練，每次針對一個主題做個人想法的分享，有別於閒聊式的日常生活會話，超凡遠距的學員以小組方式進行至少四次的發言，與其他學員方想針對主題的想法，這是有效提升全文創造性英語口說能力的訓練。請參考主題討論影片。
