颱風有三個英文名稱

We all know typhoons, but many wonder what hurricane and cyclone mean. The picture illustrates where hurricanes, typhoons, and cyclones form. They are the same type of storm, but are named differently depending on where they form.

我們都知道typhoon是颱風，但卻好奇hurricane (颶風)及cyclone (氣旋)是甚麼！下圖呈現出風暴形成的區域，這三種風暴的氣候現象都一樣，但是因為形成的區域不同而有不同的名稱。
